Private Coaching

The decisions insurance won't cover, made with someone who has made them a thousand times

Therapy treats the stress. Coaching solves the decision underneath it — which caregiver, which setting, which conversation, and in what order.

What coaching is for

Some family problems are emotional. Others are structural: you need to hire someone, evaluate a program, restructure care for a parent, or fix an arrangement that isn't working. Those aren't therapy questions and no insurance plan pays for them — but they are the decisions that determine how your family actually functions.

That's what twenty years of placing caregivers, training nannies, and navigating eldercare goes into. Coaching is available nationwide and internationally, with no licensing limits, because it isn't clinical treatment.

What people bring to a session

How a Care Map engagement works

01 · MAP

A 60-minute session that maps your whole situation across all four BESE domains — what you actually need, not what you think you should want.

02 · MATCH

Selecting the right person, program, or setting against those needs — with the screening and interview structure to evaluate candidates properly.

03 · MERGE

Onboarding: expectations, communication, routines, and the first-thirty-days plan that decides whether it lasts.

04 · MANAGE

Check-ins as the arrangement settles, plus the tools to handle problems before they become departures.

Some families need only the first stage. Others want all four, or ongoing support through a placement. Scope is set on the intro call.

Across every stage of family care

Infants through teenagers, and adults through eldercare — one advisor for the whole span, which matters most for families managing both ends at once.

How to start

Every engagement begins with a free 15-minute call to determine what you need and whether this is the right fit. Scope and fees are quoted after that conversation, because a single decision session and a full caregiver search are very different pieces of work.
